OE POWER Batteries has been achieving great success. As part of our continual efforts to equip our sales and support personnel with necessary product know-how, Kian Chue Hwa organized a half-day in-house training on 18 December 2008 for its staff in Kian Ann Group.
OE POWER factory Sales and Marketing Representative conductored the training which focused on the components, characteristics, usage and maintenance of the car battery. Participants were also given a demonstration on how to use a smart meter to check the car battery
At the end of the training session, Mr. Tay shared with the participants, his experience in the battery industry and offered some useful sales tips.. “I got to know a lot about how batteries work from this training, and am more confident now to promote the batteries to my customers” said an enthusiastic participant.
